Putting People First...
Person-Centred Support for Adults with Disabilities at Deaconstar
At Deaconstar, we work with people, not disabilities. Supporting adults with disabilities can be a complex journey, but it is also immensely rewarding and inspiring. Our core belief is that the support we offer should always be person-centred.
We start by carefully assessing each individual’s needs, seeking solutions, and engaging in open discussions about available options. With this valuable insight, we create a tailored service that revolves around them, empowering them to lead fulfilling, valued, and independent lives.
